I have an i7 950 cpu OC'ed to a stable 3.31GHz with 8GB DDR3 RAM at 1640MHz, a GTX 590 at OEM settings with a GTX 260 OC as the dedicated Physics card on a WIN 7 Ultimate 64-bit platform with all of the Windows updates blahblah. I'm disappointed because though I believe that if I spent a several more laborious hours attempting to fix the issue I get video lag or cpu lag with this game that I have yet to be able to correct. Muse rules.ДЄwesome if you have just the right system else painful to play.

Im going to wait and see if a similar better less buggy game is made. So if your up for a realy headache and dont mean retrying or all that buggy crap I mentioned, then go on and get it. You have to try like 7 times to get it all right and pass it. OOH and also good luck trying to finish any mission.

Well thers more to say but to put it frankly, its too damn buggy. They talk as if they are jus chilling out in their day off or something. You also dont feel as if the characters in the game are actually soldiers. The voice when the story is goin g is really low for some characters and louder for others. The voice sometimes stutters and repeats itself in a funky overlaying/echoing sound. Even up to date with patches, you get unexpected crashes, you get stuck in between doors, movement is sluggish most the time, ordering units is a hassle.

Sadly though, its one of the buggiest games I have ever played. Usually base buidling and such is based on an overview layout and the player doesnt get the option to be 1st person with detail. The concept is incredibly awesome as far as buidling your base and units in a 3d first person or 1st person environment. Ive been looking forward to get this game for a while and unfortunately I was really disapointing. They're not enough for me to lower the rating of this game from Excellent. But hey, it's a video game after all, so it has flaws. Overall I would still give this game an excellent rating, you can drive tanks, design and implement your own missions, and it will continuosly challenge you (aka you're gonna die alot). This is a serious detriment to the quality of this game, it is by all purposes 5/5 without the bugs. With the codes you'll be able to circumvent the se issues. Thankfully there are cheatcodes to end the mission. One mission actually is impossible to beat because the guy you are looking for does not exist.

The only problem with this game is the bugs, it is pretty full of them. I have dual sli 8800 GTS graphics card with a Q6600 processor running 2.4x4 and I can't get the settings at a stable framerate above 'normal' settings so the game is a bit demanding, keep that in mind. This game is about as realistic as shooters today can be, the graphics are flawless. Because that's not how combat in real life works, it's a slow, maticulas process. If you like shooters where you just run through blasting away you're gonna hate this game. I will be selling MB, CPU and Ram, so look out for them if you want to buy stuff that can run this.Дespite Flaws, you will not find more realistic combat.ДЇirst off, this game is a challege. Here is my old Rig that runs this game on full at 1280X768 resolution It is quite hefty on your system and will lag if you don't have enough power to run it. PS: Be sure to have the hardware necessary to run this game. The online community is quite active, and you can join countless clans and groups and work your way from recruit to general.ДЇinally, if you are into simulation games that mimic reality and where 2 bullets will kill, play this game. While the campaign mode is quite good, it can't start to compare to the PvP action you can get in servers that support up to 200 players, and even 400 on modded servers. Don't buy ArmA II if you don't like multiplayer. Moving on to the best aspect of this game, the Multiplayer. The environments are vast and very serene and really make you feel like yo u are fighting a war somewhere in the world. The blur camera motion and the texture detail is just astonishing. There are so many actions and so many different buttons to do different things that it just becomes difficult to even remember them, at the start that is. The controls can easily become annoying, because you really have to use the whole keyboard on this game. The single player on this game is pretty intense, it simulates a real life war scenario and allows you to play as different countries with all the different weapons and vehicles you could imagine. If you are looking for another FPS, like COD or CSS or even Gears of War, this is not the game for you.ДЄrmA II brings realism to the table.
